iDEAL Technology is a supplier of CNC models and details, injection molds, styling bucks, fixtures, gages and build-to-print items for the automotive, aerospace and consumer products industries. Full CAD design and machining services can be provided for composites, plastics and metal components. Construction methods and base materials are customized for the specific needs of the customer.
iDEAL currently has 18 CNC machines ranging in size from small to very large with both 3 & 5 axis capability. The wide array of machines available allows us to perform machining of even the most complex details. We will match your product and stock material to the right machine to provide an outcome that is the most competitive and of high quality. We can inspect your completed details with our Tarus CMM machine or Faro Laser Tracker to ensure all critical tolerances are met.
We machine a wide array of materials including dense foam, wood, plastics, aluminum, steel, kirksite, composites and many more. All of our milling centers are calibrated and certified regularly to guarantee the highest quality in the industry. Our controllers are updated with the latest Lemoine and Fidia software to ensure accuracy and a speedy delivery of your CNC needs.
