iDEAL Technology Corporation is proud to announce the acquisition of a brand new Neway 1780 Vertical Machining Center (VMC). This addition to our current fleet of 18 CNC machines further expands our machining capabilities enabling us to remain competitive in both pricing and timing to our customers. The rigid and durable head of the Neway 1780S VMC machine allows us to better service our customers with needs for machining P-20 tool steel, A36, 1018, HRS & CRS, etc. We are dedicated to improving efficiency however possible through the advancement of in-house talent and acquisition of new equipment in order to increase production output and maintain our high level of quality and reliability.

• 1700mm x 800mm worktable
• 1500mm X axis / 800mm Y axis / 680mm Z axis travel
• 1,500 kg table load
With additional machines boasting table sizes of up to 4100mm (161”) long and 2300mm (90.5”) wide, we have the capability to mill exceptionally large shell models, composite layup molds, styling models, ergonomic bucks, seating bucks and more!
