When a larger quantity of prototype parts is required, we can 3D print a master model and create a Silicone Mold. The mold is then injected with various cast urethane materials which are formulated to simulate production intent properties. The process usually takes about 7-10 days to complete the tooling and up to 50 parts can be cast from the mold.
