iDEAL Technology Corporation Improves Manufacturing Capabilities with the acquisition of a New CNC Bed Mill.
We are proud to announce the acquisition of a brand new ProtoTRAK DPM RX2 Bed Mill by Southwestern Industries, Inc. This will allow us to open up more time on our large CNC machines for complex jobs by shifting smaller jobs over to this new Bed Mill. Being that our new machine is programmable, it will allow for much quicker setups for simpler, repetitive jobs. It will also allow the operator to utilize a manual Bridgeport as well as operating the DPM2 simultaneously. We are dedicated to improving efficiency in our processes through the advancement of in-house talent and acquisition of new technologies in an ongoing effort to increase production output and maintain our high level of quality and reliability.
